Audit: We spend an entire day observing operations, asking questions, identifying problems and opportunities. Full report with actionable plan delivered.
Implementation: Depending on audit findings, this phase may take 3 or 6 months. GBP 2,500 covers a 6-month agreement with up to 32 hours of support per month.
